By accessing or using ClinIQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
ClinIQ is an AI-powered clinical decision support platform designed exclusively for use by licensed and registered health practitioners, including Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other regulated health professionals. The Platform provides AI-generated suggestions for differential diagnosis, special tests, treatment approaches, and homecare exercises based on information entered by the practitioner. The Platform is intended to serve as a supplementary reference tool, not a replacement for clinical training or professional decision-making.
All content generated by ClinIQ — including but not limited to differential diagnoses, likelihood percentages, special test recommendations, treatment technique suggestions, and homecare exercise prescriptions — constitutes suggestions and informational references only. This content is not medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment protocol.
All clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans remain the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner. AI-generated suggestions must be critically evaluated using the practitioner's own professional knowledge, training, and clinical judgment. Practitioners must apply their own scope of practice and adhere to the regulations of their governing body at all times. No suggestion provided by ClinIQ should be applied without the practitioner's independent clinical verification.
ClinIQ uses artificial intelligence that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate suggestions. The Platform does not have access to a patient's complete medical history, diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, or physical presentation.
ClinIQ is not designed for use in emergency or acute medical situations. If a patient presents with signs of a medical emergency, the practitioner must follow emergency protocols and contact emergency services immediately.
By using ClinIQ, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed health practitioner in good standing with your regulatory body, at least 18 years of age, and will use the Platform only within your regulated scope of practice. You will not use the Platform to provide direct medical advice to patients or share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
ClinIQ offers a Basic Plan at $15 CAD per month and a Pro Plan at $22 CAD per month, per practitioner. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
ClinIQ may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial end date.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ClinIQ does not store your payment card information. By providing payment information, you authorize ClinIQ to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. ClinIQ does not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
All content, design, software, algorithms, branding, and materials on the ClinIQ Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ClinIQ and its owners. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written permission.
ClinIQ does not store patient-identifiable information entered into assessment forms. Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that any patient information entered into the Platform complies with applicable privacy legislation, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), applicable provincial privacy legislation, and their regulatory body's privacy and records management standards. Practitioners are advised not to enter full patient names, health card numbers, or other directly identifying information into the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClinIQ, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any clinical outcome, patient injury, adverse event, or harm arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, patients, or professional reputation; any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the AI-generated content; or any regulatory, disciplinary, or legal action arising from the User's application of Platform content. ClinIQ's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the User in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClinIQ and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
ClinIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered subscribers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
